Bennington Pines is a winner of the Nebraska State Fair in the Scotch Pine and White Pine divisions. More ribbons and honors came this year.
Bennington Pines is a family-owned farm in its 15th year of planting and 9th season open.
As a Christmas tree farm, Bennington Pines is enjoying its
eighth season “open” for tree sales.
Each year the Bennington Pines Tree farm employs Scouts
from Boy Scout Troop #812.
Environment:
• Bennington Pines is an environmentally friendly operation.
• For each tree harvested at Bennington Pines an additional
three trees are planted in its place.
• On average it takes a tree six to ten years to grow to
a height of 6 feet.
• Each season, trees are hand-shaped and sheared to enhance
full growth and symmetrical shape.
